The location in Old Town Scottsdale was quiet. No loud street noises. The room was clean and smelled nice. Well lit at night. Easy to get onto the 101 for travel. I liked that they responded to my request to change out the old rusty bathroom faucet. The water comes out really hot, which is good for the shower. The bathroom was adequate, with a nice sink and counter, and the shower curtain was substantial. Hot water was also nice for cleaning dishes in the kitchen sink. The chars in the kitchen were nice and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean and took credit cards. Although there’s no soap available for purchase, so bring your own.

The location is excellent for the price, and the people who worked there were so lovely. It's not far from Old Town or downtown Scottsdale, and it's close to the botanical gardens and great restaurants. For the price and quality of staff, I'd really consider coming here again.

The front desk attendant was so helpful and friendly. She even called our room after we checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. Very impressive!

Great spot right at the Southern part of Old Town Scottsdale. Very walkable to quite a few good bars and restaurants.
